Exchange Policy – Bebo N Lolo

At Bebo N Lolo, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we've got you covered with a smooth and simple exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Only size or color exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability). We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchange is not applicable on sale items, bodysuits, or accessories for hygiene and safety reasons.

·       A ₹100 return fee will be applicable on all Exchange requests.

·       Return or exchange will be accepted only if you provide a proper unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened without any cuts or edits.

 

How do I raise a second size exchange request for my order?

We do not have a second size exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange an exchange fee of INR 250 will be applicable for a second exchange.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@bebonlolo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired size or colour.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps and return shipping details.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange within 5–7 working days.
  • If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

How do I return product(s) purchased from Bebonlolo and get a refund?

Currently, Bebonlolo International Private Limited does not offer RETURNS or REFUNDS on order(s) that have been successfully delivered.

We do, however, offer size exchanges for eligible product(s) in your order.
