These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website, and all transactions including browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, exchange, and returns. By shopping with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • Have a valid Indian shipping address and a functioning email ID or mobile number.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service at any time without notice.

2. Account Responsibility

To shop with Bebonlolo, you may create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Keep your login details confidential.

  • Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive for accuracy in displaying product images, descriptions, sizes, and prices.

  • Slight color or texture variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Prices are in INR and inclusive of all taxes.

  • We reserve the right to update product details, discontinue products, or revise prices at any time.

4. Order Placement & Cancellation

  • Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement, only if it hasn’t been dispatched.

  • After dispatch, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

5. Payment Terms

We accept secure payments via trusted payment gateways. Modes include:

  • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

  • We do not store your payment credentials.

  • Payments must be completed to confirm your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

 Order Processing:

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days, excluding Sundays & national holidays.

  • Processing delays may occur during peak sales or unforeseen events.

Delivery Time:

  • Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

 Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery pin code.

  • These charges will be clearly shown before payment.

 Address Change:

  • You may request a change in shipping address before dispatch by raising a TICKET via your account.

  • Once dispatched, no modifications to the delivery address are possible.

 Tracking:

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking info also appears in your account under "My Orders."

 Partial Shipments:

  • If an item is out of stock, available items will be shipped first.

  • The pending item(s) will be shipped separately upon restock.

7. Exchange Policy

We want you to feel great in every BeboNLolo piece. If something doesn't fit right, we’ve got you covered with an easy exchange process.

 Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.

  • Only size or color exchanges are permitted (subject to availability).

  • No refunds will be processed. Only exchange or store credit applies.

  • ₹100 return fee is applicable on all exchange/return pickups.

  • Exchange is not available for sale items, bodysuits, or accessories for hygiene reasons.

 Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • A clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

  • Requests without proof may be rejected.

 Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at support@bebonlolo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred size/color.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with next steps.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days.

  5. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit (valid for 6 months) will be issued.

8. Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • For all approved return requests (due to damage/wrong product), a store credit is issued.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Refunds will not be provided for COD charges or shipping fees.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal or fraudulent activity.

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content or branding.

  • Attempt to hack, access, or disrupt any part of the website infrastructure.

Violation may result in legal action and account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, product names, and visuals on Bebonlolo.com are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or republish them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances.

  • Orders not received due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the concerned product(s).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these terms without notice. Continued use of the website implies your agreement to the latest version. Please review this page periodically.
