Shipping Policy

Bebonlolo 
By placing an order through our website or app, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a seamless shopping experience for you.


1. General Terms

Order dispatch is subject to product availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but in rare cases, discrepancies may occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and ship the remaining ones as soon as they’re back in stock.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Flat shipping fee: ₹59 on all orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹25 handling charge


3. Dispatch & Delivery Terms

Dispatch Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national holidays.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Change of Delivery Address:
To change your delivery address, please contact us via support through your Bebonlolo Account before the order is dispatched. Address changes are not possible once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If part of your order is out of stock, the available items will be shipped first. The rest will be shipped once restocked.

Delay in Dispatch/Delivery:
If your order has exceeded the expected timeline, please contact support via your Bebonlolo Account so we can investigate and assist you promptly.


4. Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email ID. You can also find the tracking ID under your order details in your Bebonlolo Account.

Note: Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates after the courier picks up your order.


5. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact support immediately via your Bebonlolo Account.

  • If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, reach out to support with complete details.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll initiate an investigation with the courier partner and process a refund or replacement once confirmed.


6. Cancellations

You may request order cancellations via support from your Bebonlolo Account before the order is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.


7. Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked delivered by the courier but not received, please contact support within 24 hours from your Bebonlolo Account. We will escalate the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.


8. Customer Support

For any queries or concerns, please contact us via support from your Bebonlolo Account. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
